A Round Up of Content Pull Providers

Jul 21, 2025

Just as it is hard to edit your own work, it’s hard to find the best bits of your book to market. But with so many people offering author services and content pulls, it’s also hard to find the right fit for someone to help you with it.

This list is a roundup of people who offer content pulls and marketing bibles. It is not an exhaustive list. There are plenty more service providers out there in the book world. These are the ones I could get information directly from to write this article because they filled out the form.

Standard Disclaimer: These are not referrals or recommendations, and it is possible someone may not have immediate availability when you contact them. Prices are correct at the time of publication. Please confirm prices before you book. None of the services offered here are affiliate links, but there are plenty of other affiliate links around my blog.

Also, if you’re not on this list, please do not contact me to be added. In fact, I will block you if you contact me to be added. This is a one-time thing blog post, not a database. I may do another round up in the future, but for now, this is literally a project to try to pull me out of the grief spiral I’ve been drowning in since we lost our older dog and this is the worst possible opportunity for sliding into my DMs. You’ve been warned.

Okay, back to talking about fun stuff.

For the sake of fairness, these are in alphabetical order.

Providing a variety of options to fit your budget, content pulls are just one of the many things that A Pen and a Promise offers. Get 25 quotes for $25 or do the entire book for $100. This includes quotes and screenshots. Or you can upgrade to a full marketing bible for $200, which includes: content ideas, lists of current trends, trending sounds, and possible art ideas. To inquire, DM on Instagram: @apenandapromise.

A UK-based team of best friends, Laura and Hannah do everything from ARC management to taking care of your social media for you. Their marketing bibles include a color-coded document of every notable quote, a collection of ready-to-use post ideas, and ten stock images. You can add highlighted screenshots for an additional fee. Their pricing is as follows:

1-200 Pages: £70 GBP / $94 USD / $144 AUD / $130 CAD / €81.

201-500 Pages: £200 / $271 USD / $413 AUD / $371 CAD / €232.

501-550 Pages: £240 GBP / $326 USD /$495 AUD / $445 CAD / €272.

551-600 Pages: £280 / $380 USD / $577 AUD / $519 CAD / €325.

601-650 Pages: £320 / $434 USD /$660 AUD / $594 CAD / €371.

In addition to this, they are happy to screenshot quotes, but this will incur an extra fee.

15 Screenshots of color-coded quotes: £10 / $14 USD / $21 AUD / $19 CAD / €12.

Emily does it all. Editing, PA services, and content pulls. She even has a completely free ARC email list you can apply for without using any of her other services. Her content pulls start at $75 for the first 100K words, and then it’s $1 per 1,000 words after that. You get a marketing bible compiled in a spreadsheet and separated by quotes from characters, scenes to highlight, etc. If you provide an epub or the book is already published, she will include screenshots. She does book out about a month in advance, so plan accordingly. There is also the option to add on quote graphics for an additional fee. Contact her through the form on her website or on Instagram: @dremilyreads.

Erika has one of the most unique service options I’ve ever seen. She bedazzles books. And while I’ve always wanted to try that, but I know I’ll end up with a ton of supplies I’ll never use again. But anyway, onto the content pulling, I just think that’s neat. Erika offers different levels of content pulling with a twist. Not only does she pull quotes for marketing, she creates a database of information regarding all characters mentioned in the book. It includes: nicknames, favorites, physical descriptions, quirks, etc. so you can easily refer back to it later. She does the same thing for locations regarding any pieces of information that are indicated during the book. You can actually book this information by itself without marketing information for her Basic Content Pull at $50. At the Plus level for $125, you get all this plus: tropes, microtropes, spicy content, Smutionary & Smut File Spice Score, stock photos to use for content, teasers and quotes to use for content, and three Instagram graphics. These are currently introductory prices that will probably go up in the upcoming months. She also offers discounted Instagram content with the purchase of the handbook.

You can contact her at thesmutfiles@gmail.com. Instagram: @thesmutfiles.

Vanessa is a virtual assistant offering content pulls. She provides quotes, hooks, highlighted screenshots, character descriptions (personality, age, outfits), and context of quotes to help you market. She charges $2 for every thousand words, so a 100K word book would be $200. Her website also mentions that she includes microtopes, the chapter numbers, the quote emotions and more. You can contact her through the form on her site or at readwithness@gmail.com

Another virtual assistant who also provides content pulls. She’s got a pretty website with lots of cool examples and author reviews. For $75, you get both long and short quotes. For an additional $35, you can add on five graphics to go with them. You can fill out her inquiry form here or email her at robyn.reads876@gmail.com.

I didn’t mean to put all the virtual assistants in a row; I swear it was the alphabet. Sery is another VA who offers content pulls for quotes. Hers come at a great flat rate. Up to 20K words is $50 USD; over 20K words is $75 USD. She also provides advanced content pulls that include highlighted screenshots and graphics for an additional cost. You can contact her at serysbookspace@yahoo.com or on Instagram @serysbookspace
